					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m in my early 40&#039;s and there are some workouts I can&#039;t do that put a lot of stress on my knees. Squats and lunges are my favorite but can not do them like I use to anymore. Is there anything I can do that is not stress on the joints? any modify exercise? How about yoga?]]></description>
