These low carb protein pumpkin muffins only take about 20 total minutes to make and require almost zero cooking skills!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00be Cup Almond Flour<\/li>\n<li>2 Scoops <a href=\"https:\/\/sculptnation.com\/product\/protein\/\">Sculpt Nation Vanilla PROTEIN Powder<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Teaspoon Baking Powder<\/li>\n<li>3 Large Eggs<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Canned Pumpkin<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Tablespoon Vanilla Extract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step 1: Preheat &amp; Prepare<\/strong><br \/>\nPreheat an oven to 350F and spray 8 slots in a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray or place 8 silicone muffin molds on a baking sheet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2: Mix your Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>\nMix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Gradually stir in the eggs, canned pumpkin, and vanilla extract. Stir until you have an evenly mixed batter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3: Add Mix to Muffin Tray<\/strong><br \/>\nSpoon the batter into the muffin tin or molds, filling each mold about 3\/4 full.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4: Bake &amp; Enjoy<\/strong><br \/>\nBake for 20-22 minutes or until the muffins are cooked through and the tops are golden brown. Transfer the muffins to a wire rack to cool and enjoy.<\/p>\n<p>These muffins can be eaten for dessert, as a snack, and as a quick but filling breakfast option!
