We are living in some pretty unprecedented times.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s certainly frustrating, but that doesn\u2019t mean you can\u2019t still stay on track with your health and fitness goals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It may not seem like it, but with the right movements, <\/span><b><i>all you need is your own bodyweight to get in a killer sweat session!<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Today, we have a short workout that you can do from home, and you don\u2019t need any equipment. Since this is a follow along, you don\u2019t even need a timer! Then take 20 seconds to rest before moving on to the\u00a0 next exercise!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once you are finished, complete the entire circuit at least one more time!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Exercises:<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Burpees<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plank Jacks<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Squat Jumps<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Push-Ups<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may be thinking .. that\u2019s it? But trust us, if you push yourself, this workout will leave you out of breath and your muscles on fire!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Just remember, when it comes to HIIT training, <\/span><b><i>you have to go ALL OUT during the work periods<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. At the end of each 40 seconds of work, you should NEED those 20 seconds of complete rest.
