If the muscle belly is longer, it starts later.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This means if you are blessed with a shorter bicep muscle belly .. you are probably going to have a much easier time developing<\/span><b><i> a prominent peak.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But having <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">longer muscle bellies<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> isn\u2019t all bad. You may have a less pronounced peak, but your arms will typically appear fuller overall, compared to someone with shorter muscle bellies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b><i>If peaks are your goal .. <\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">you can still dramatically grow them as long as you understand bicep anatomy and train them properly!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not all bicep exercises are created equal.
