We have a really cool behind-the-scenes video we want to share with you today!<\/span><\/p>\n

But before you click and watch it, I want to personally tell you why we wanted to share with you what goes into the content we create for V Shred<\/a>, Sculpt Nation<\/a>, and V Threads<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

When we first started our company back in 2015, our creation process wasn\u2019t much different from what you probably do when you want to post a video or picture on your social media.<\/span><\/p>\n

We used our phone camera, didn\u2019t have fancy lights, a tripod, or any editing software.<\/span><\/p>\n

Heck, we didn\u2019t have a single employee.<\/span><\/p>\n

We were just<\/span> four guys with a mission <\/b>to change the fitness industry and doing our best to bring you some free workout videos and sustainable nutrition advice.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fast forward to 2021\u2026.<\/span><\/p>\n

We have a team of <\/span>hundreds of<\/span> full-time employees that work around the clock to create the workouts, recipes, diets, videos, and images you see on our webpage, social media<\/a> channels, YouTube<\/a>, etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A lot of hard work goes into the final product. That\u2019s because<\/span> a lot goes into living a healthy lifestyle.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Being healthy is not just about looking fit and drinking protein shakes.<\/span> It\u2019s about feeling good and being happy.\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

We want that to be reflected in everything we post, so it takes a lot more planning than just throwing up an ab video or image of a protein shake and calling it a day.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We thought it would be fun to take you behind the scenes and give you a first-hand look into how our vision and everything we stand for comes to life!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Of course, the content you see is planned, and to an extent, even scripted, but in <\/span>this behind-the-scenes video,<\/span> you will see that it\u2019s also <\/span>very real!!<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

That\u2019s because we don\u2019t just preach our company message to achieve greatness; <\/span>we live it ourselves<\/i><\/b> – both in our personal lives and while we are hard at work for you!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Is it tedious? Do we work crazy long hours? You bet! <\/span>But every single second is worth it!\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

We hope that taking you behind-the-scenes shows you that no matter who you are or where you are in your fitness journey, <\/span>our team is working for (and with) you EVERY step of the way!<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
