His research determined there are <\/span><b><i>three body types <\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">based on bone structure and body composition.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Endomorphs<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mesomorphs<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ectomorphs<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are no doubt outside factors that contribute to your body type, such as lifestyle, gender, age, and even hormones.
