Workout Structure:
Do 15 reps of each exercise.
How much “rest time” you take between each exercise and round is up to you and your goals! Play around with some different rest times based on the amount of exertion used and your fitness level!
Repeat all 6 exercises for as many rounds as you can (with proper form.)
