Warm-up: 2 rounds
- Alternating toe touch 30 sec
- Squat with calf raise 30 sec
Circuit 1: 2 rounds
no rest between movements or rounds
- Lat jack 1 min.
- Squat pulse 1 min.
- Alternating front lunge with arm raise 1 min.
Circuit 2: 4 rounds
no rest between movements or rounds
- Elbow plank 30 sec
- Bicycle crunch (left) 30 sec.
- Bicycle crunch (right) 30 sec.
Cool-Down
- Cobra pose 30 sec
- Child's pose 30 sec.
- Butterfly stretch 30 sec.
- Forward fold 1 min.
