Contest Description:

V SHRED Giveaway (“Contest”) begins on August 10, 2024 at 9:00 AM (Pacific Time (US & Canada)) and ends on November 17, 2024 at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time (US & Canada)) (the “Contest Period”). By participating in the Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of VSHRED (“VSHRED” or “Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Contest. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Contest.

3 Prizes:

 

1. Grand Prize: $10,000 Cash
2. First Prize: $5,000 Cash or 6 Months ELITE 1-1 Coaching (a $10k value)
3. Second Prize: $1,000 Cash or 3 Months ELITE 1-1 Coaching (a $5k value)

 

Anyone who wishes to enter the Contest, may enter at the August 10, 2024 Live Event at 9:00 AM (Pacific Time (US & Canada)) and/or via email or sms sign up through August 16, 2024.

 

ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility. The Contest is open to all legal United States and Canadian residents 18 years of age and older. Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and contest agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, the “Contest Entities”), and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the Giveaways or win a prize. Winners must be in compliance with all contest rules. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Method of Entry. The Contest begins at 9:00am PST on August 10, 2024 and all entries must be received on or before November 17, 2024, at the close of business (7:00PM).

3. Selection of winners.  The 3 winning transformations at the end of the 90 day challenge will be selected by a panel of Coaches who will vote after the challenge is over. Challengers must submit their before and afters to a Google Form we’ll set up as their ‘contest application’
Potential winners must accept a prize by email as directed by Sponsor within 48 hours of notification. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively “the Prize Claim Documents”). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.

4. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winners will be announced in the Facebook Group and notified via email, Instagram Message, Facebook Message, or phone call on or about December 1, 2024. There shall be no prize substitutions and all prizes are non-transferable. The Contest winner will be solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes, if applicable, as well as all other costs associated with claiming the prize.

5. Participation.  By submitting an Entry, entrants grant VSHRED a perpetual and unrestricted license to use their names and images in advertisements and/or promotions without further compensation. The use of personal information collected in the course of the Contest shall be governed by the terms of the VSHRED Privacy Policy. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. VSHRED reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by VSHRED. In the event the Contest is compromised by tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of VSHRED which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, VSHRED reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, VSHRED reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received prior to the termination date. VSHRED is not liable for lost, late, delayed, damaged, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

6.  Privacy: All entrants acknowledge that if they are chosen as a winner, certain of their personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as required by law, including, without limitation, on a winner’s list. All personal information submitted as part of the Contest may be shared by and between the Contest Entities, and each of the Contest Entities will use such information in accordance with their respective independent online privacy policies. 7. Limitations of Liability. By entering the Contest, entrants hereby agree that all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action. Any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred and associated with entering the Contest, if any. Entrant hereby specifically waives the right to claim that any attorney’s fees be awarded and under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, any and all punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Entrant hereby waives any statutory, common law or other legal rights to make any claims for any amounts outside of actual out-of-pocket costs in entering this Contest and Entrant agrees to limit its out-of-pocket costs in entering this Contest to twenty-five dollars (US $25.00). In the event of a dispute concerning who registered to participate in the Contest, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address. If a dispute cannot be resolved to VSHRED’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.

 

8. Construction. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official contest rules, or the rights and obligations of any contestant and their affiliated organization and VSHRED, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of laws or conflict of laws rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Nevada. In the event that any provision herein is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provisions were not contained therein and the provisions deemed unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be blue penciled as narrowly as possible in order to make the provisions valid and enforceable.
