We’ve heard from many of our members that they wanted a simple, repeatable video workout for HIIT days that could work for ANY type of equipment. You asked… and Vince delivered!
To get the most out of this workout, stay hydrated and don’t do it on an empty stomach. You could do it 60-90 minutes after a meal, for instance. If you’re a morning exerciser, just some fruit or a scoop of Sculptnation BCAAs before your workout can be enough!

Which equipment should I use?
Is the elliptical any better than a bike? How about sprints, or a rowing machine? The answer: it doesn’t really matter what you do… as long as you can safely do it intensely!
Here’s why: The adaptations from this style of cardio aren’t just specific to a body part like your legs or arms. They’re systemic, which means they involve a lot of different systems and organs — from your lungs to your heart, capillaries, and sure, your muscles, too.
