All You Need To Know Diet Guide Video 1 of 4
When it comes to getting to that next phase of your physique, there is one factor that, once taken care of, will yield the most significant results. This “factor” is your diet. But before you jump into trying to create your own meal plan or if you think that your diet is “on point”, please watch the video above.
In this video, I cover the nucleus that any type of diet is built around. What I’m talking about are your “macros”, which is short for “macronutrients” and these consist of your carbs, fats and proteins. And seeing as how you’re probably not a noobie, means you have somewhat of an understanding of how and why each of these affect your body. But then again, you wouldn’t be here if all your information was correct.. And making sure your diet and nutritional knowledge is correct is the most crucial piece of the puzzle when trying to get real results.
Too many times, when people are trying to get that last layer of fat off or that next slab of muscle on, I hear them saying they aren’t eating carbs or maybe they’re overloading their bodies with protein. Truth is, our bodies need each and every one of these macros whether you’re trying to slim down or get huge, it does not matter.
Also, it’s important to understand that there are better carbs than others, healthier fats than others, and leaner proteins than others. And once you start consistently implementing the right kind of macros in your daily regimen, you’ll look better in the mirror but you’ll also feel better throughout the day.
