All You Need To Know Diet Guide Video 3 of 4


Welcome back! Today is a big day. In my last video, I said that I would be teaching you the #1 best fat burning dieting strategy and thats what I plan to do.

Today you learn how to “carb cycle”. Carb-cycling is one of the most effective dieting strategies in the world and is used by fitness models everywhere. By cycling your week through a series of low, moderate, and high carb days, while adjusting your other macros as well, your body gets turned into this fat burning furnace that never shuts off.

Too many times I hear people say that they’re on a low carb diet or they don’t eat ANY carbs but can never keep the weight off. Sure they may lose a couple pounds at the beginning, but it always comes back. Thats because they’re doing it wrong. Our bodies need a fuel source and carbs are its primary.

Don’t get me wrong, dropping your carb intake may help you get rid of unwanted fat, but you can only drop your carbs for so long before your metabolism starts slowing down. Then after a while, when you give up because no-carb diets aren’t sustainable, you gain all the weight back, if not more. This is because while your carbs were low, your body started going to fat for energy at first.

Then after awhile, your metabolism slowed because you weren’t getting your primary fuel source and your body was tricked into thinking it was never going to get any again, so the second you reintroduce carbs, it all gets stored as fat in a body with a slower metabolism.

Whereas, carb cycling, drops your carbs low enough, just long enough, to where it will take advantage of using your fat for energy without slowing your metabolism. Then as long as you adjust your numbers along the way, you will continually get results.
