Clothing for contest pictures:

(Men) shorts, trunks, boxer briefs or something that shows off your entire upper body.

(Women) shorts, sports top, make sure we can see your arm, stomach, and legs…just remember we’re trying to judge overall change. If you do not present your body well in your pictures it might work against you, making it difficult for us to judge how much you’ve transformed. Fully clothed yet form fitting or conservative bikini outfit of your choosing should be fine. These will be used for the before and after comparison announcement and future stories if place.

IMPORTANT: If you are not holding the official dated PDF in your before and after image, the clothing hides your shape, or you're hiding your transformation you are ineligible for placing as a finalist.

Follow These Crucial Steps

There are 4 required pictures at the start AND at the contest end.

The pictures need to be upper body, from the waist up. It is very important that for your front, side, and back poses your arms are down at your sides. Do not crop out your face.

1. Front – Facing camera with arms at your side
2. Side – 90 degrees to the camera with your arms at your side
3. Back – Facing away from the camera, with your arms at your side
4. Official V Shred 30 Day Challenge PDF – This is crucial in order to validate the day you took the picture. You need to take a picture in this same group of pictures with the PDF in your hand and the front visible. You can use it on your mobile device, desktop, or print it.
