This workout is exactly 4 minutes long and exactly two exercises!
Now, for each exercise, we’re going to perform it for 25 seconds on, and follow it up with a 5 second rest.
We will then repeat that 4 times for each exercise and we’ll be done!

As you’ll notice, this workout will move quite quick and the rest periods will fly by! So make sure you’re not cheating extra rest and really pushing yourself because it’s only 4 minutes!
