New Years HIIT Workout
Do each exercise for 40 seconds and then rest for 20 seconds. Move on to the next exercise and repeat until you complete all exercises in the circuit!
When you are done, start from the beginning and repeat the entire circuit as many times as possible. Make sure that you do a minimum of 2 total rounds!

Power Skip (one leg at a time)
