We will be doing rounds of 30-seconds of ALL OUT WORK followed by 30-seconds of TOTAL REST for 12-minutes.

What makes this FAT BURNING WORKOUT different from some of the others we have sent out is that we are adding even more variety by changing exercises at the 15-second mark of each 30-second high interval! So you will be doing TWO FAT BLASTING MOVEMENTS for 15 seconds each before you take a little breather and move on!

WORKOUT BREAKDOWN:

15 seconds – HIGH KNEES
15 seconds – JUMP LUNGS
30 SECONDS REST
REPEAT BOTH EXERCISES AND THE REST BEFORE MOVING ONTO THE NEXT TWO SETS.

15 seconds – MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
15 seconds – CRAB TOE TOUCHES
30 SECONDS REST
REPEAT BOTH EXERCISES AND THE REST BEFORE MOVING ONTO THE NEXT SET.

15 seconds – PUSH-UP SIDE PLANKS
15 seconds – PLANK HIP ROLLS
30 SECONDS REST
REPEAT BOTH EXERCISES AND THE REST FOR 30 SECONDS BEFORE REPEATING ENTIRE WORKOUT ONCE MORE.

You can also do ACTIVE REST during those rest periods if you want an extra challenge.
