The Best Fat Burning Workout

This workout is only two exercises that will be performed for 45 seconds. Then followed up with a 15 second rest. You will repeat each exercise twice and you’ll be done!

The Exercises:

  • Hopping Burpees

For these, you will start out standing in place. From there, you will hop forward about 2 feet, then hop back into the original spot. After doing so, you will go down into a burpee and repeat this cycle as many times as you can for 45 seconds.

  • Jump Lunges to Jump Squats

For this exercise, you will start out standing again. Then jumping up, you will put one leg forward and one leg back and go down into a jump squat. From there, you will jump up and switch legs to complete the jump squat for both legs. Then you will jump up again and bring your feet together and go down into a squat. Remember to explode out of your squat and go straight into the next jump lunge. Repeat as many times as you can for 45 seconds.

Rest for 15 seconds after each exercise and repeat it twice. This workout will move very quickly and will leave your legs burning, but it will be done very fast! So no holding back! Push yourself!
