For this exercise, you will start in pushup position. From there, you will hop your feet off the ground and hop one foot up near your hand with the other foot remaining back. Then hop again and switch feet. Do this as many times as you can for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
Crab Toe Touches
Here, you will flip over onto your butt and lift your butt off the ground with your hands and your feet. This is the crab position. From there, you will take one arm and the opposite leg and bring them up together at the top. Then return them back to the ground and switch arms and legs. Do this as many times as you can for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds.
