Here is an entire legs and abs workout that only requires your bodyweight.

Meaning this can be done from your living room or the park or wherever you want!

This is especially great for those whom are busy and don’t have much time to workout or whom are traveling.

The workout itself consists of 6 total exercises.

Each exercise is to be performed for 25 reps, followed by a 20 second rest.

You will go one by one through all six exercises and when you have completed 25 reps and 20 seconds of rest for each exercise, you have completed one round.

Aim for 3 rounds total and you should be pretty toasted if you push yourself!

The Exercises:

  1. Jumping Jacks (25 reps, followed by 20 seconds of rest)
  2. Squat Hops (25 reps, followed by 20 seconds of rest)
  3. Crunches (25 reps, followed by 20 seconds of rest)
  4. Side Lunges (25 reps, followed by 20 seconds of rest)
  5. Plank Up Downs (25 reps, followed by 20 seconds of rest)
  6. Mountain Climbers (25 reps, followed by 20 seconds of rest)
  7. Aim for a minimum of 3 rounds and feel free to push yourself beyond that!
