Today, I’m going to tell you three main tips on how to lose weight with this one dieting method. The dieting method is called “Flexible Dieting” AKA “IIFYM” AKA “If it fits your macros”.   3. It just works! Flexible dieting and hitting your macros simply works as long as you actually do it. This means, first off, calculating your macros correctly. This is done by figuring out your basal metabolic rate, your total daily energy expenditure, creating a caloric deficit and breaking that up in your carbs, fats and proteins. Then all it takes is just hitting your numbers consistently. As long as you are eating less than what your body burns, you will lose weight.
