HIIT cardio is one of the best training practices you can do to shred fat fast, boost your endurance and even help with your heart health. What better time than Valentine’s Day to focus on something that is good for your heart?

In honor of Valentine’s Day and showing your heart a little extra love, Vince put together a killer 4 minute HIIT workout!

Burning more calories while you workout sounds like a dream come true, right? With this HIIT workout plan, that becomes possible!

This workout is great at burning more calories using high intensity intervals. And it takes less than 5 minutes so that you can workout no matter how busy you are!

HIIT Workout Plan

The workout will only consist of 4 exercises. Each exercise will be performed for 45 seconds and then you will rest for 15 seconds after each exercise.

The Exercises:

Speed Skaters

For these, you will be jumping back and forth as if you are ice skating. Starting out on one leg, squat down slightly and hop to the other foot a few feet to the side. Then hop back to the other side and repeat as many times as you can for 45 seconds.

Butt Kicks

Here, you will be standing straight up taking each of your heels and kicking your butt with them. So hop with one foot to tap your butt, then hop with the other foot to tap your butt. Repeat as many times as you can for 45 seconds.

Burpees

For these, you will start by hopping and reaching your arms up. From there you will bend down, place your hands on the ground and kick your feet back. Then bring your feet back in and explode up for another jump. Repeat as many times as you can for 45 seconds.

Mountain Climbers

For this exercise, you will be down on your hands and feet. Then you will take one leg and drive it upwards while crunching down on your abs. Be sure to drive that knee up as far as you can. Then do the same with the opposite leg. Repeat as many times as you can for 45 seconds.
