Here are four different trail mix variations to have at night to do just that.

Good Healthy Snacks for Before Bed

For each of these, you may make as many portions as you want. The measurements below are for 3-4 servings.

Regular Trail Mix

  • 1/4 Cup Almonds
  • 1/4 Cup Cashews
  • 1/8 Cup Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/8 Cup Yogurt Covered Raisins

Chocolate Lovers Mix

  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Almonds
  • 1/2 Cup Cashews
  • 1/4 Cup Cacao Wafers
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Chips

Nut Lovers Mix

  • 1/4 Cup Regular Almonds
  • 1/4 Cup Cashews
  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts
  • 1/4 Cup Yogurt Covered Almonds

Sweet Tooth Cravers Mix

  • 1/4 Cup Yogurt Covered Almonds
  • 1/4 Cup Cashews
  • 1/8 Cup Golden Berries
  • 1/8 Cup Yogurt Covered Raisins
  • 1/8 Cup Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Chips

Pick one or all of the trail mix combinations that sounds the most satisfying to you! Have it before you go to bed whenever you get those cravings and feel better about yourself while getting in better shape faster!
