Let’s be honest, all guys want bigger, more defined arm. We want them to fill out shirts, we want them to impress people at the pool or the beach, etc.

But, the issue I see is that guys have no clue how to properly train their arms. They just start slinging around heavy ass weight thinking it’ll increase their strength and size. But truth is, you’re getting no isolated tension on the bicep muscle itself and once you fix that, you’re gonna see some pretty insane results.
